One product per form
A refinance form and a first home buyer form ask different questions, because a broker needs different things from each. A first home buyer is asked about deposit and scheme eligibility. A refinancer is asked about the current lender and the fixed term. The average new owner occupier loan is $731,000 on the ABS's June quarter figures, which is why the amount question is asked as a range rather than left blank.
What the form asks
Enough to make the first call short, and not so much that the person gives up.
- Loan purpose, and the details that purpose needs: current lender, deposit, property status
- Rough amount and employment type
- State and postcode
- Timing, typed in their own words rather than picked from a menu
- A mobile number, which is verified by SMS before the form completes
- Consent to be contacted, recorded with a time stamp
Verification inside the form
The SMS code is part of the form, not a step after it. A person who will not verify their number was not going to answer your call, and the enquiry stops there. The check is described under SMS lead verification.
Where the form sits
Behind the ads we run for you, on pages built for the campaign. We do not build or host forms on your own website, and we do not sell the form as a product. The form exists so that the Google Ads and Facebook sources produce a record a broker can act on.
Who this is not for
A broker who wants a form for their own website. We do not build or host forms on your site, and we do not sell the form as a product. The form described here exists inside a campaign we run, so the record it produces can be verified, checked and delivered by us.
Where the record goes
Through qualification and the duplicate check, then live into your CRM. First home buyer campaigns, which lean hardest on the form's scheme questions, are described under first home buyer lead generation. All of it is inside a fixed cost per lead, agreed before the campaign runs.
